警察，可能会放过你

我知道有个人老B2过来探亲，自己在机场租车，开在路上，警察知道他拿中国驾照也没
有事。

If you are visiting Florida for a short time and you plan on driving during
your trip, you may use a drivers license issued by another state or country.
However, if you choose to stay in Florida for more than a one year period

license and obtain an official Florida drivers license. Please note that in

to take a written examination before they can obtain a Florida license.
Drivers who possess a license issued by another country are required to take
both written and driving examinations. You may find out what tests are
necessary by calling the nearest Florida Department of Highway Safety and
Motor Vehicles office.

直接问的警察没我有个朋友就是这样开车的啊，碰见警察了，经查看了眼她的驾照，说
其实你能
开一年，但是因为你有小孩儿，所以最好快去考一张当地驾照

像探亲旅游签证，但如果你拿F2，J2，H4，是要在这里常呆的，那些F1H1J1签证就更不
用说了，就不适用。 |

至少短期是可以的，就算是一个月时间也够用了。赶快去考一个当地的就好了哈。
