发帖数: 88 | 4 I think Baldwin Park is pretty safe. The school zone is great with Audubon
park elementary school (good) , Glenridge middle school ( excellent) ,and
winter park high school. My kids go to school by themselves. The only
problems I think are here is too crowed and has too many dogs. You will love
it if you like city life and hate it if you prefer big yard and a lot of
privacy. I usually walk to lake, supermarket-publix and CVS almost every
day. |

it is very popular in Orlando FL for not sure about quality and stability
of this kind of house. |

similar and we are happy about it. The builder gave us one year warranty. |
