发帖数: 896 | 1 Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Performs administrative office
functions as the receptionist for the company; answers telephones, takes
messages, answers routine questions, and transfers calls to appropriate
individuals and areas. Greets visitors, handles their inquiries, and directs
them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Assists company
managers in administrative office with transcriptions, typing, copying,
faxing and composing correspondence as needed. Performs other duties as
assigned.
The minimum requirements are: Study field focused on or major in finance or
accounting or business administration or media communication. Knowledge of
routine office practices and procedures. Knowledge of simple data processing
and transmission principles. Ability to utilize computerized information
systems. Ability to read and decipher data on source documents to be entered
. Ability to enter and verify information with accuracy and a reasonable
rate of speed. Ability to understand and follow oral and written
instructions. Skilled in data entry or typing. Any appropriate combination
of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
Bilingual with Mandarin Chinese language preferred. CPT or OPT/ F-1 students
will be accepted as intern positions in the company.
