Ingredient:(8intch//8.5intch//10.5intch
1. eggs (4//5//8)
2. cream cheese(1box//1box//2box): KRAFT original 8oz.(226g)/box buy in
walmart
3. cake flour/ low protein flour(45g//60g//90g): Swans Down buy in walmart
(see picture 3)
cornstarch(15g//20g//30g) (see picture 3)
baking powder(1/4tsp) buy in walmart(see picture 3)
4. sugar(60g//75g//120g)
5. milk(40g//50g//80g)
6. yoghurt (50g//70g//100g)(a small cup)
7. cookie(100g//125g//200g): cookie with chocol |

powder.
2. wrap the spring form cake pan with aluminum foil.
3. put cookies into a plastic bag and use rolling pin to make the cookies
into powder.
4. put melted butter into the cookie powder and mix them.
5. put the mixture of 4 into the cake pan and press it to make it firmly
attached the bottom.
6. separate the white from the yolk and put white in a big clean dry bowl

发帖数: 2893 | 6 A. cut cream cheese into small pieces and mix it with milk in a big bowl.
B. put the bowl onto hot water to melt the cream cheese. Mix them and
make the mixture smoothly.
C. Cool the mixture of B for a while. Then put one yolk and mix it with
the mixture of B. Then put another and mix them completely. Repeat until all
the yolks are mixed. (must put the yolks one by one).
D. put yoghurt and mix.
E. put flour mixture of 1 into D and mix. |

1/3 sugar into it and whip for 1 minute more. Then put 1/3 sugar into it
and whip for 1 minute more. Put the rest sugar into it and whip until the
white likes wet foam. (see the second picture above).
b. Mix the white foam with the yolk paste. Don’t make circle. Just mix
them from the bottom to the top.
c. Put the mixture of b into the cake pan. Put some coconut on the top.
