-two pieces of sourdough bread
-one thick slice of fresh mozzarella cheese
-fresh basil leaves
-one slice of tomato
-spread basil pesto on the bread
The grilled one tastes better, you can just use a pan to grill the sandwich
if you don't have a grill. spray a little bit pan spray or use butter to
whip the bottom of the pan (just a little bit), then put the assembled
sandwich on the pan till the bread is well browned and the cheese is
slightly melted.

，几片菜叶，在弄点salad酱上去。 |

I bet you will love this one! sometimes I use oven to roast some vegetable..
.like onion and peppers....I put them in my sandwich as well.
my friends really like to put turkey (real meat not the lunch meat) ,
cranberries sauce and spinach.... Swiss cheese....of course....grill it! : )
