based in PRC. I searched with simplified Chinese because I did not know what
it was--and suspected Taiwan did not have it, because en.wikipedia.org
shows it to be YELLOW.
Yes, you are right--although Taiwan uses 白木耳, not 雪耳 or 银耳. In fact I
hadd not heard of the latter two names until you asked.

I left Taiwan LONG time ago. Besides, my family was poor--and uncouth--so I,
