因为去过一个美国朋友那里她煮了很好喝的汤，她说里面有ham.
我搜索了一下网上用ham作汤的方子，貌似都是要炖很久。
请教大家，这个ham可以放在汤里煮10-15分钟然后就吃吗？

what your friend did probably was "slow cooking" ham with potato and other
vegetables together in a slow cooker, you can actually turn the cooker on
and leave it overnight or during the day when you are off to work
slow cooking brings out a lot of flavor from the meat that was used |
