I don't agree with you. I think John Fox made a mistake there. It
is still over 12 minutes left and Cat can expect to get ball back
at least twice. And there is a high probability that Pat would
have a field goal (in that scenerio cats would have to go for
another 2 pt conversion) It is simply too early and the difference
is between 4 points and 3 points.
And later the game resolved itself. Suppose everything is the same
as but cats did not try the 2-pt conversion:
