Jackson, 26, started two of the 14 games he appeared in for the Miami Dolphi
ns last season. The 6-foot, 200-pound cornerback originally signed with the
Carolina Panthers as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Arkansas in 2004.
He played in 10 games for the Panthers as a rookie and was credited with 13
defensive and six special teams tackles. The Miami Dolphins claimed Jackson
off waivers on Sept. 4, 2005. He appeared in 15 games for the Dolphins that
