我不明白这个first choice to by the property是怎么个说法？我们可以选择在他们
租完房子以后，不卖房子而继续租给别人吗？然后他们非要买，我们可以选择不卖吗？
lease期间，他们想买的话，那这个lease算啥呢？
他们搬出去以后，lease到期以后，如果我们再决定卖房子，就不需要给他们first
choice to buy了吧？
同时，这个first choice是一直有效呢，还是一次性？比如说，我们list房子，问他们
买不买，如果他们说no, 那么他们就give up这个first choice了。还是说，等我们和
别人谈好价格的话，必须让他们先决定是不是match, 否则就不能卖给别人？

员同意了，球队可以match，马上就可以把球员留下来。以后的offer再高都不算了。
租完之后是否一定要卖，这个我不清楚，要看全文。感觉应该是人家租期到了，你不给
续约，而是选择卖房子。人家又不想搬出去，所以人家可以match你接受的第一个offer
的价钱，然后你必须以这个价钱卖给他。（但是给offer的买家怎么办？也许是你接受
offer前，要先给他match的机会。这对买家来说太赚了。就是偷看了winning offer，
然后match直接拿下，或者pass。不用瞎猜别人会给多少，然后害怕被抢走，不得不给
出自己能承受的最高价，多交冤枉钱。）
