draft, FA, extensions, trades, xxxxx. And coordinating, motivating, and play
calling, etc. Also, choosing the right assistants is also big key for them.
Owners are not stupid. Football HCs make more than any other sports coaches

leader, but you don't need to be a leader to be a good coach.
