day. busy day for the coaches, but players may get half day or more off.

Yes, Monday is for coaches to review films and assign grades to players;
and for players to come in for medical treatments.
Then Tuesday is game planning for coaches, and some weightlifting and
running for players.
Practices on Wed., Thu., Fri., and travel/walk-through on Sat.
That's why teams HATE HATE HATE Monday night games, or even Sunday night
ones.
