By cutting the players out right and not mentioning the paycut, it will
allow the players to maintain his "value" and seek a similar contract
elsewhere. This could be a favor done to the players. |

第一波就 release，比其他人都早 ----
这时候其他队的空缺都还没填上，该球员有最多的机会；
直接 release，对外不提 pay cut ----
其他队不知道底线，让该球员保持谈判的筹码；
。。。
虽然表面难看点(情义上没有表示要挽留一下？)
其实球员更愿意这样。 |
