Vikings receiver Cordarrelle Patterson hopes to make Patriots coach Bill
Belichick regret last year’s draft.
The Patriots traded the 29th overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft to the
Vikings, who used that pick on Patterson. As Patterson sees it, that shows
the Patriots didn’t think he was good enough to draft for themselves, and
Patterson wants to make the Patriots pay for that when the teams meet on
Sunday.
“I’ve seen a little article today where Belichick, I think he said he didn
’t want me,” Patterson said, via the Pioneer Press. “So that’s the kind
of things that stick in the back of a player’s head. And you get out there,
you just want to beat the defense up since people say things like that.” |
