Bills quarterback Kyle Orton experienced a not-so-nice first Sunday.
"Someone inside the dome – and we can safely assume it was a Lions fan –
flashed a laser in Orton’s eyes when he dropped back to throw a pass early
in the game. Colton Schmidt got the laser treatment while holding for Dan
Carpenter’s 50-yard field goal miss, too."
A Twitter user by the handle of @MarkoBeslach bragged on the social media
site that he'd been the one doing the distracting:
One irate Buffalo fan even went so far as to start an "NFL Ban Marko Beslach
" page on Facebook. As of 6:40 p.m. Oct. 6, the page had more than a
thousand likes. |
