发帖数: 1223 | 6 辩方陈述之前有专家说一级谋杀并非板上钉钉，毕竟找不着凶器；但让女友给同伙钱是
硬伤。
结果辩方承认了嫌疑人在凶案现场，说是另外两人下手的。而控方已经证明这仨晚些时
候还一起喝饮料，还叫女友给钱。
