Grigson said today that the Colts can’t spend as much money on defense as
they’d like because of the six-year, $139.125 million contract they gave
Luck this year.
“When you pay Andrew what we did, it’s going to take some time to build on
the other side of the ball,” Grigson said, via Zak Keefer of the
Indianapolis Star.

rankings in google and found him ranked 24th in all 32 teams. That's not "
not bad". And it's even far from enough if you want to build a team around a
talented QB like Andrew and want rings.
