James Harrison played 586 of 1,046 snaps (56%) for the Steelers last year.
Had 5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles. They re-sign him to a 2-year, $3.5m deal.
But then they only give him 40 snaps all season, sit him out of 9 games,
then release. Very strange.
