and China's ocean area is cornered behind the middle line between China and Korea,
Japan, Taiwan, Phillipines, Vietnam etc. Despite this, China still produces 50% of
world's seafood, and cities like 福州 and my hometown 宁德produces delicious seafood dishes that
couldn't be found here, even in big cities like NYC or SF.
Some loss, some gain. It is commonly said that we gained food from all over the
world when living in the US. I did try to fall in love with other
cuisines but i never liked any of them. Miss home a lot.
