Requirements:

2. Demonstrated experience and ability in developing cost data supporting
weapons systems acquisition reporting for the Cost Analysis Requirements
Description, Acquisition Plans, Cost Benefit Analysis, Economic Analysis,
Procurement/Research Development Testing and Evaluation Forms, etc.
3. Demonstrated experience and ability to perform Earned Value Management
Reporting to include contractor Cost Performance Report Analysis, Integrated
