but the traffic is even worse in major roads like 5.1.,5.4. roads.
and safety issues are shocking.
yesterday, one of my relatives was stolen by a thief who pretended to ask him the road right outside of dongbai.
today, a neighbor of my another relative was robbed outside of Shengli hospital.
the poor old lady was visiting her illed husband. right outside of shengli, her necklace was grabbed away by three young man.
