story oriented, the story actually is pretty good, and the city feels
more lively than GTA 3, since there is no sudden pop-up of cars and
such, also graphic feels better than GTA 3.
Also in this game cops will pull you over if you go over 40mph, and other
traffic violations, unlike GTA 3. Then there is those small things make
the game feel alive, like cars actally use turn signals, you can actully
