This is really only going to help those of you who have a computer that is
more than powerful enough to run the game at maxed settings, but there's also
some other useful information I've compiled from my postings at other message
boards and from other users.
First of all, Generals has a frame rate cap of 30 that can be easily taken
off.
The thing to do is to use a ini file called GameData.ini.
this file is inside the INI.Big file.
