Talent : learn by using talent points. Level 10 char has 1 point, level 11

2 points..... level 60 has 51 points.
You can learn and skill you like as long as you can afford to learn it.
For example, as a mage, you can learn all the skills including fire, cold and
arcane spells. talents may have new skills or skill enhancement such as 5%
more damage for cold spells etc.
