before the 7.3 release. If ST1 is better, then I will not research IS. IF IS
-8 is better, then I will have to research IS before 7.3 release so that I
don't have to start from KV-1S after the 7.3 update.
It seems to me that ST-1 has much thicker armor but only slower (40kph); IS-8 has thinner armor but faster (50kph)

感觉明显在同级中不如-7硬
