The only time I got locked is because of some paypal issue. But I got
unlocked very quickly after I call them.
Sometimes the representatives can be rude or unprofessional. If you think he
can't give you a perfect answer. Try to call again.

of $2000?
even that, i do not think i could have $2000 in any given day, or any 24
hour window.

technical support. You can call sometime around 5-7pm PDT. It wont take long
for the w8. Again if the representative you speak to cant help just call
again and change another one. Their knowledge level and willingness to help
are different.
BTW, "lock" is different from "banned" or "suspended". It's definitely
reversible.

如果交易的痕迹不重，可以把ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ做成ｐｄｆ列到邮件里，逐条陈述。
不过如果你的确是交易为主，游戏为辅，左手进，右手出，那就很难驳回了。

could that be it was first just locked, then changed to suspended D3, and
banned AH?

isn't 倒卖 a necessary part of the market.
from a pure economic viewpoint, what incentive do they have to prevent 倒卖?
does 倒卖 disrupt market? absolutely no, it make market more efficient,
buyer get better price, market more liquid, they got more commission.
everyone is better off.
unless someone try to corner the market, then that will be a different issue
, that is market manipulation, i do not think it is feasibly in D3 AH
because the size of the market.
one way to do that is buy out all the items at certain category and then
resell it much higher, then someone need to have a very deep pocket and buy
a lot, a lot. my tranactions is in not way support this behaviour. |
