transactions that were performed on the both the gold and real-money Auction
House following the gold exploit in patch 1.0.8 that was discovered on
Tuesday. We decided to perform a complete audit and focus on the few players
that exploited this bug rather than performing a full rollback and taking
everyone offline for a day – losing all the progress they made.This audit
is a time-intensive process, and to make sure that we can do a thorough job,
we’re going to keep the Auction Houses in maintenance until that work is
complete. Unfortunately, our previous estimate was incorrect, and for that I
personally apologize. We don’t have a new ETA, but we anticipate that the
service will be unavailable for at least another 24 hours. We’ll continue
to provide updates in this thread regarding the status of our Auction House
maintenance as they become available. |

其实当时停服rollback比这简单多了。 |

发帖数: 20415 | 9 bliz如果是故意钓鱼，只有可能是借机屠杀工作室的金库，毕竟普通玩家哪有6B这么多
的金币，即使有的，也都是买来买装备的，不会去RMAH卖掉，只有工作室会发现这个
bug，至于目的么，不主要是为了多卖号，毕竟很多买金的人被封了可能直接AFK了，工
作室会不会入场也不好说了，这么做，主要还是为了盘活RMAH，让好货都去RMAH，同时
杀一批工作室，稳定一下金价
当然也很有可能是我们想多了...blz搞不好就是决策失误了一下= =，然后处理不及时
，现在剩一屁股烂摊子

呵呵，我觉得你想的太复杂了。估计就是一帮程序员没见过大世面。也不玩这游戏。低
估了问题的严重性。
又缺乏应急经验。很多人不是说了吗，WoW一出问题马上停服，debug，rollback。比这
个俐落多了。
还是人力不行。

发现大部分dupe的gold已经流入正常市场了， 1传10,10传100的指数增长
现在基本不要指望暴雪这次能擦干净了
只能指望80％吧 |

发帖数: 20415 | 13 所以也觉得蹊跷了，以WoW团队来看，blz处理突发事件的能力非常强，怎么到D3就各种
不罩，表现的非常业余，debug rollback可以说是人力问题，第一时间停F这和人力没
啥关系，显然是决策不利
