标 题: 我今天和藤女士通了很长的电话。

几次向她询问她的帐户，她都不肯给。她说她已经向一个好人借了几千块钱做周转用，
对方已经同意了。
我一开始一直是不提倡捐款的，但后来感觉，这次确实是救急，可以帮一下。 但是她
不同意要我们的捐款，她说她宁愿借钱慢慢还，捐款不能拿。
这点上，我理解她。毕竟有那么多人都骂她想骗钱。
另外就是告诉几位真心关心她，想帮助她的网友， 我感觉她的精神状况还是蛮好的，
听得出疲惫，但是思维一切都正常。现在的困难是暂时的，很快就会过去的，即便没有
人帮她，她自己也可以渡过难关，只是她没有做错，却承受这些苦难，确实是不公平。
另外，还有关于把孩子送回国内的问题，跟她通了话之后，我也可以理解她更希望把孩
子带在身边。她现在的精神没有任何问题，就是日子清贫了些，当然，一个单身母亲，
今后日子也不会多么的滋润，但是母子相依为命，总比天各一方好。小孩子打小跟妈妈
吃点苦，也不见得是坏 |

反击的时候忘了章法。
其实只要抓住闫不付抚养费一条就足够了。

我只是大约看了她写的post, 夸大肯定是难免的, 有人在旁边帮她 review一下就好了.
她后面写得好像比前面好.

他们的case不是陌生人之间的事情，有什么闫都很清楚，公开是利大于弊的
而且不公开，国内不能凭一群骚扰电话就把闫以“莫须有”或者“人言可畏”
给办了吧。公开一些铁证，nothing to lose。

比如闫摔孩子的警察报告，闫和她离婚的协议，判决书，法院对闫抚养费的判决材料
对闫拖欠抚养费的判决书
至于如何调查，如何得知的，反而是不需要公开的东西，公众也没有必要去了解。

现在国内刚出了一些事情，上头也表态要重视网络民意。
换言之，不公开证明，利用网络的传播特点，不停发文写带有感情色彩的故事，
这个行为本身（不讨论事情的缘故）是一种很不地道的行为。目前互联网没有
立法，如果是在报纸上这么做，已经触犯法律了。
不是因为事出有因就可以不讲证据的。我支持腾女士公开必要的证据，争取自己
应有的权益。

my belief, your belief and all our audience believes count for nothing
when yan is sentenced in front of the law.
for the child support alone, we at least need to see the court ruling
paperwork first.

reporters who would like to interview her.
Fortunately she put out her post on the internet, not on the newspaper.
Also I am not sure we can ask her to hold a higher moral ground at this
stage, this is just my personal opinion.

i believe teng had the court ruling in favor, but she definitely
needs to show it after made such a serious claim and push so many
people to hate yan and wang.
again, belief counts for nothing when making a claim. we are not
talking about religious issue, but real world, real money, real
human.

the website with their case number a few days ago, if anyone is really
interested the details, probably he/she can get it. On this matter, I don't
believe Teng will exaggerate.
I apologize I have to write in English since my typing in Chinese is awfully

not the audience.
the crowds also questioned about her "prostitute" claim about wang
"baby killing attempt" claim about yan, etc etc
if she was seeking for a fair solution, she would've put the evidence
before the story (instead of a list of file names). in this manner,
she would not put too many emotional claims and could gain much more
help from the public.

hate
via internet stories.
just post the court ruling and many supporters could put pressure on yan
in real life. otherwise teng had set up those who accused yan in the
defaming role.

story is below standard, in my opinion even though I won't blame her for
that. About the prostitute or sex worker (to be politically correct) claim,
I don't want to comment on that. Whether or not it is true, it is irrelevant
to child support issue.
People love juicy stories and you can't change that.

she still holds the chance to back her claims with sufficient evidence
such as those appeared in her listing
since the court ruling is already known by yan and wang, i don't see any
disadvantage to show it publicly.
