发帖数: 1835 | 2 I believe it's not free by default. I was even charged over $2000 to
publish a short GRL paper last year. But you can always make a case to ask
for a waiver. Of course, it's eventually up to AGU to decide if they will
award you the waiver. But if you have funding (or if your boss does), it's
hard to justify it.
