1. get yourself through every detail of your resume.
2. prepare some behavorial questions like what can you do for ESRI, what can
do you improve in terms of your personality,especially team work, things
like that.
3. understand well your job position and its requirement. They might ask you
something about furture work even you've never done these before.
4. get a good sleep and food and supplement, you are gonna have a long day
to go.
Overall, most people are pretty nice. Just be | G******e

If you got some basic training, you can definitely get the job. Of course,
if you are a PhD or master asking more than $55k, you'd better not try.
A lot of old employees left, because of the low pay there. I heard the
company is very aggressive to get people directly from china or india by H1-

Location and under-pay are the lethal defects of this company.
