I am going to change a new passport while my kid needs a traveling
certificate. Should we mail applications together or separately?
Do we have to get return mail ready tomorrow or we can buy it later?

使馆人员建议分开寄,因为办理时间不同.旅行证很快就能收到.
你可以去邮局拿几个信封,万一使馆人员要求(实际没人看), 拿到小条后一两周内寄出
