在GA可以上驾校来免记录吗?

上庭了.
你可以打电话问清楚这个会不会扣点/分,如果有扣,那么上庭至少可以争取不要留记录,
罚款照交. Good Luck!

发帖数: 2866 | 3 Go to court and you can try at least to waive the points (3 points for your
case maybe). The police are poor these days. So if you have to pay a fine,
treat it as a donation. | w*****u
发帖数: 91 | 4 if you go to court, you can plead nolo, and that way they won't deduct
points.
You still have to pay the fine though.
If you want to plead not guilty, you might have a chance of winning if the
police didn't show up. |
