领事馆是9月7号收到的。
到现在快一个月了，一点消息都没有。
现在急需用护照办OPT.哪位要是有人收到了，请告诉一声。

then New York sends them back to Houston, so per the consulate statement, it
takes 40 business days. Is that right? |

off. The two photos were returned with the passports too.
Makes wonder why they require two photos...

Mail. The tracking system said that it arrived on 9/8.
And I got the new passport today.

纽约总领馆有个网上查询的 但是似乎无论输什么号码 都显示“尚在办理”
打电话到休斯顿领事馆 没有人接。。。
我急着用护照呢 也不知道该怎么办好
