Rent: $450 including water (cooking, heating water, air condition in summer
are electric; the only item using gas is air condition in winter which can
be instead of heater, so you don't need to open gas account here)
Deposit: $300 ( My $300 deposit will transfer to you by leasing office,
however, you can only give $255 to save your money)
You will lease the studio with leasing office after passing their
application for 6 months or 1 year. Then, its your studio, without my
business.
I will be back to China on April 17th, and I will pay the whole month of
April. So, you can lease the studio from May while you can move in on April
18th. Thus, you will save ~$200 for rent.
