from May 4th to June 30th with the moving dates negotiable. The contract
ends at June 30th. You can sign another contract if you like to stay. It's a
very nice, quiet, and safe community. The address is 1760 Northside Drive
NW, Atlanta,GA, 30318. It's about 8mins' drive to Georgia Tech and 15 mins'
drive to Geogia State.
The rent is reduced to $420/m, including everything (water/electricity/high
speed internet), or $380 if you pay 1/2 electricity--a great deal for this
community.

You will be sharing a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment with a nice chinese
graduate student(male). The floor plan is "The Candler." You do have your
own bathroom.
The apartment has a couple of salient features:
1. Convenient. Close to everything--walking distance to Publix/Walmart/
Kroger/Post office/UPS/restaurants/ROSS/TJMax/BOA/Wells Fargo,etc. If you
like outdoor sports, you will find yourself only 10 minutes' walk away from
the Tanyard Creek Park http://friendsoftanyardcreekpark.webs.com/ and the famous Atlanta Beltline trail. There is also a small park just outside the apartment.
2. Safe. The neighborhood is very safe, with kids playing around and people
walking their dogs. The residents and neighbors are mostly students and
young professionals. The apartment also requires code access at the entrance.
3. Fully-equipped, everything is electronic, including washer/dryer/AC/
Heating/microwave/oven/stove/hot water. The apartment also provides free
