cute and easy. Here is the ad.

Looking for babysitter most Saturday nights from 6-10 pm. We have a 22 month
old daughter who usually goes to bed around 7. Responsibilities may include
preparing her dinner, bathing her and putting her in bed. We are close to
midtown, buckhead and GA tech. Sitter must have own transportation to and
from our house and must be able to speak and understand English. We will pay
$10/hour. Some childcare experience preferred. References required.

sitters.
Well, if someone did some babysitting before, she should know the marketing
price is $10/hour for American family in Atlanta. For the families from
other countries, it may be much less.
The girl usually goes to sleep at 7pm, so for the rest of the time, the
babysitter just needs to "sit, watch TV and use laptop etc." at their house.
I think $10/hour is reasonable.

| t*******g 发帖数: 1647 | 4 First of all, good luck at finding a sitter for your friend at her rate. I
have nothing against it. Whatever works, the cheaper the better.
I have never babysit, but I have used sitters. I usually pay $8-$10 for
teenagers and up to $15 for adults. While my kid is usually up and awake
with the sitter in the house, I don't require any cooking and bathing. I
think my rate is very standard in my subdivision. American, not American, I
don't see a difference.

find American in this cheap price. Good luck.

| x*y 发帖数: 32 | 6 Great! You are such a nice person. I have heard many friends(adults) who
live in midtown got paid $5-$7/hour(even $3.5-$4/hour) for babysitting with
simple housework.
Normally, the marketing price is $10/hour, it depends on how long they need
the sitter and how far the sitter drives, if it is less than 3 hours and it
is far, they pay more like you said.
I think your sitters are very lucky to have you as the boss!
Thank you for your time and advice! |
