I want to find someone to sublease a room in Homepark near Georgia Tech. It
is in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom room house. The address is 409 Richards St. NW
unit B, Atlanta, GA, 30318, which is ~2 mins walk to tech campus. I will
move to another state in the middle of January and the Landload ask me to
find a new tenant. The room will be available at January 10th or so, but the
move-in date is highly flexible. I can give you some furniture if you need
them. Your roommate is a nice Chinese male student. The house has everything
you need including kitchen, ac, indoor washer and dryer, cable, internet,
etc. The rent is 355 (including water) plus shared utility (~50 per month
including gas, electricity, and internet). The current lease is to the end
of May, 2012, you can renew the lease if you want after that. The landlord
is a very nice lady, and she did not increase the rent in the past 3 years.
