convenient to Emory, about 10 mins' walk to clairmont campus C shuttle,which
takes you to the main campus very often. The apartment is also clean and
the condition is very good. Current sublease is available from Oct 1, 2012
to July 31, 2013, but you can renew your own lease before current lease
expires. The rent is $740 per month, with additional $25 washer/dryer and $
20 rubbish removal fee. Seeing as I’m moving out, I can do a good deal on
my furniture if you are interested too! Anyone interested in my apartment,
