to 08/29/2014 in Marquis Midtown West (the previous Defoor village). It is
one of the best community around GT area, and it is pretty new, beautiful,
sunny and super safe (gate door equipped). About 10 minutes driving to GT
campus, and very close to Walmart and Kroger and exit of I-75. I moved in
last year and I enjoyed living there so I just extended the lease for
another year but my roommate needs to move out soon for some reason. The
rent will be 586 + utility per month. And there is no need to pay the
application fee and move-in fee. I am a nice, easy-going Gatech student. If
