发帖数: 33 | 1 I went shopping on 6/21 in H Mart in Johns Creek. I saw the price $9.99/lb
for organic salmon so I bought about two pounds. After I arrived home, I
found that I was charged $12.99/lb and also twice. So I was charged like $58
for one piece of fish.
This afternoon I made a trip there and ask for correction but for an hour of
talking they wouldn't correct their mistake. My wife is working today, I am
with the toddler and I am on-call support. I was very frustrated / upset
and had stomach pain followed by chest tightness and numbness of the whole
upper body. An ambulance was called and I have been in this locked chest
tightness and upper body numbness so they had to give me the treatment in
the hostipal. I was released in the evening time.
This is the 1st time that I encountered this. I am looking for a good

我几个月前曾经有一次去买东西，结帐时给了cashier几个coupon，但是账单出来后我
发现coupon都没有相应的减少总价格，当时我就问她怎么回事，收银员说让我去服务台
解决，其实就是她后面的柜台。于是我就到了服务台，服务台的人看了我买的商品没发
现什么问题，于是问给我结帐的服务员是怎么回事，我是真没想到，给我结帐的服务员
居然说我没有给她任何coupon!我当时很惊讶，跟她说我是当着你的面一张一张把
coupon从coupon本上撕下来的，你看我手里还拿着你们发的coupon本呢，coupon已经不
在上面了。丫的直接说也可能是你以前用过了也未可知。我接着说你看我给你的coupon
就在你的coupon袋子里，丫的直接说那是别的顾客给她的。
于是，生平第一次在结帐处我就发飙了，真没有见过这么无耻的收银员。我用了最大的
声音告诉她，你就是个骗子，为了几块钱你就撒谎！！！当时有很多等待结帐的人都被
吸引了，但是我已经顾不了了，我就是要告诉所有人发生了什么。
丫的立马就过来拍着我的肩膀跟我说sorry。
事后想这件事，反省自己是不是太冲动，为了几块钱至于发飙吗？但是丫的是她先污蔑

发帖数: 2866 | 3 在亚洲店买grocery都是这样，那里东西卖得便宜，工人待遇肯定好不了，必然就是这
种素质极差的人来干活，所以买东西时一定要事先算清楚，你可以在手机上装个app，
边拿边算，这样check out时候心里就有数了。
为了30块钱去打官司有点不值，你们可以到bbb投诉，到governer's office of
consumer protection投诉，也许这一次事件不会对他们有很大影响，但是如果投诉多
了，会对他们罚款甚至关门。 | a*l

也都挺客气的。
可能就有部分收银比较欠骂，正好不巧碰上了。 | m***8

Get EVERYTHING in writing, both with Hmart, lawyer.
Pictures, and "the receipt" needs to keep it as evidence, Also, get the "ER"
records if possible.

发帖数: 2866 | 9 他那是气伤的吧,没看出跟售货员有什么身体上的接触或者跟鱼有关,那样就更不值了,
估计律师一般不会接这样的案子的,除非他掏钱,结果还很难预料
跑题说一下organic salmon,这个卖的就是一个概念,美国没有象欧洲那样的严格标准,
甚至连一个正式的有机水产品标准都没有,这样养殖的鱼只在饲料上有些规则,并不能保
证水质本身不受污染不长寄生虫,其实还是存在很多非organic一样的健康隐患,如果一
定要买,最好选择欧洲进口的采用欧洲organic标识的水产品.

like I bought some expensive fish and tried to get away with cheaper price.
They posted $9.99 and that's why I bouight it in the first place but I was
charged $12.99 and twice so I ended up paying $58 for one piece of fish; one
hour time in store, and one trip to the hospital. | c*****r
发帖数: 2866 | 11 hmart很多东西都不新鲜,不知道是储藏的原因还是有意进的快过期的陈货,它家的苹果
外表光亮,经常里面的核周围都发黑了,还经常把标签贴在水果腐烂的部位做掩盖,海鲜
肉类什么的一般拿回家就要吃掉,否则放冻箱里一两天都会臭掉
它家还有一点就是喜欢标榜韩国品种,经常把中国的刺黄瓜标Korean Cucumber,把中国
茄子标成Korean Eggplant,把日本地瓜标成Korean Yam,其实韩国品种要味道没味道,要
个头没个头,都不好意思拿出来,西方人哪懂这些
