字面上是医学博士
但德国的医生获得的头衔是"Dr.med.xxx"
估计这个是研究性的

Theoretischen Medizin, bzw. Doktor der Medizinwissenschaften
应该是医(药)理学博士， 凡带有rer.的都是偏理的。
