比较紧，而且最好办一个月以上的签证，所以想在德国开个探亲访友的证明传真回去，
听说可以在rathasu或外管局开个这种东西？有用么？有哪位办过么？传真回去是否还
有效？能保证签到1个月以上的签证么？

发帖数: 54 | 2 yes, you can get the document from Rathaus or 外管局, 25Euros, but I think
you have to post it back China, a fax dose not work.
Principlely, it's easier to get a visa(even for 3 months) with this
documents.
In order to get that paper, you need:
1. fill a form which you can find in Rathaus,
2. bring your recent 3 months income certification(salary sheet or if you
don't have income, get enough money on your bank account and let the bank
issue one balance document for you, one month visa needs at leas | c*****m
