how? seems like this:
load gc fund on a cash register
do a virtual "return" to get "cash"
pay cc w/ that "cash"
on the receipt shows cash payment
a nice lady did this last time favor to me because "we are just beginning im
plementing this policy"
took 5 min to process 5 cards, had to scratch the pins on the back
very troublesome, but t | b****g

any gc can be refunded as cash in the store, but you need to find someone to
do the job for you
