发帖数: 5700 | 2 orchard or HH cc w. 2% cb & wo. annual fee. but it seems like the
application to these cards by invitation only in most cases. After you get
the cc, don't forget to use it every month coz you are expecting to receive
the invitation to EPG with the monthly statement in snail mail.
