w*******o 发帖数: 4857	1 上个月搬到其他城市，改了shopper上的地址，买了卡。昨天收到了monthly CB，但是还没有收到卡。会寄丢了吗？如果是没有收到可以联系客服吗？谢谢
s******g 发帖数: 605	2 you could call cs after 30 days from the order date and they will do the investigation. if they confirm that the gc are lost, they will resend you the gc.
