前面七名的棋手都不活跃，后面一败的好汉就别想
涨排名了。
建议版主把活跃的好汉们标记出来，扩大挑战
的范围。假设排在teddyhua前的活跃好汉中的第七
位，排名比他高十五位，那他就可以挑战前十五位
之内任何一个好汉。
这样的问题是会加大一些版主的工作量...

我昨天写proposal写得郁闷, 上KGS上去拍了一盘, 脆败啊.
