I know it's not my wrist which causes the problem, it's just my driver off,

发帖数: 10701 | 3 hope so.. I praticed well at the driving range, facing the 20mph wind. just
couldn't do well on course. I praticed long irons a lot to pretend playing
against strong winds, and bad tee shots, still didn't help too much on the
real game.
like what i said, my game goes up and down after several months. before the
middle of Dec, I was good and really good. Since then, I started from hook,
then bad tee shots, then putts (yesterday only tho).
I wish I still could come back stronger this time.

you to not play or practice after you fully recovered. I hurt my right
wrist more than 10 years ago playing soccer and hurt twice again after that.
Don't really care at that time. But pay my price for my carelessness. My
right wrist never fully recover and will not recover again. couldn't play
tennis and basketball again.
Fortunately, I can feel pain only cock my right wrist but no pain for
bending it, which is pe

i know it is too late now, but now to prevent wrist got hurt.
i was told, i didnt flip my wrist enough, so i am paying more attention on
my wrist. dont know i might end up hurting my wrist.
another thought, you might need lower your expection since you are just
getting back for injury. //haha
