Just feel it's so hard to get a good swing. I've been practicing evry other
day on the driving range, 100-150 balls each time since middle of last year.
Plus go to a class every two weeks. After 9 month I hit 7 out of 10 good,
and there are 3 solid impact (go to 150-160 yrds with 7 iron) among the 7
good hits. And just started to get some feel on my swing. Golf is so far the
most difficult sports I've tried to pass the entry level.

you are doing very well. with 150-160 for 7 iron, you should be able to
break into 90.
i guess, golf is the easiest sports to get entry level, and the hardest to
master.

Like you've said golf is very hard to master, every little bit matters so I
will keep practicing, and going to this board more often to learn from
advanced players, :)

| ET 发帖数: 10701 | 6 don't agree.
talking about other sports, say tennis, pingpang, basketball, soccer, you
can easily be the entry /beginnger level after several session classes.
for golf, most of people stay the entry level for several years, or lifetime
.
even talking about the theory of a certain sport, there is even no proved
univesal swing golf theory. then how could instructors teach it right? and
how student can learn it right easily?

"golf is the easiest sports to get entry level, and the hardest to master."
thats why i believe "for golf, most of people stay the entry level for
several years, or lifetime." and for the very same reason, alot of players
leave golf.
for other sports, say tennis, you can go beyond entry level.
ok, lets use ski and snowboard as another example.
ski is the one easy to get start, but hard to master;
while snowboard might be hard and frustrated on the first couple days of
