I started playing golf in around year 2000. Used to play a lot, but less
than 15 rounds per year lately due to family commitment.
My handicap card still says 13.1 and it's three-year old, guess I need to
update it. Not trying to sand-bag, just lazy.
I am very close (less than 5 minutes) to a couple of courses and driving
ranges, so now I practice a lot. Usually no more than 1 hour each time. |

I 'll stop by NJ next time when I have business trip in Pilly. So we might
have chances to play some golf in NJ. I did 3-month intern in NJ in 2005.
Knew some golf courses over there.

It's too bad the season is over here in NJ this year. Some of the courses I
play might be good for cross-country skiing or snow-tubing soon. :) |

Yeah.. i don't think i have any chance to visit Pilly by the end of this
year and next spring either.

I live in Bridgewater, just minutes from Basking Ridge.
Have you ever visited USGA headquarters and museum? It's in Far Hills, just
next to Basking Ridge.

I saw the sign of the museum on highway. I will definitely visit it after I
move over there.
looking forward to moving to NJ, seems lots of mit golfers live there. We should organize a gathering next season like those guys in Bay area.

good golf courses there too. you are not alone for having family commitment
, many of us do, that's why it's one of my hopes to play at least once a
week next year.
looks like the nj/ny/ct tri-state team will be a strong one if we every have
a golf outing. maybe tri-state vs. the west?
