normally, you dont need to have 杆 at first few classes, most likely 杆 is
provided by the class.
once you have some classes, or self-learned for a while, you might re-post
your question with more information about your level and your objective.

觉得最重要的一点是在FLEX的选择上不要太AGGRESSIVE.换句话说,最好选R的杆子.我的
第一套杆是S的,当时觉得自己SWING SPEED不错,应该用S的.但实际证明完全是虚荣心在
作怪,R更适合我们.即使你以后水平提高了,R也完全可以适合大多数人.用S的坏处是不
容易打的很SOLID,稍微MISS一点SWEET SPOT酒会有MISS HIT的感觉,但R相对手感就好很
多.软些的杆身更能让你感觉到杆头的重量.,体会挥杆的各个环节.最后一点,R的杆字可

com有个表说7i到140-160码，driver到240吗建议用S。

我的铁杆是R, WOODS是S, 我自己的EXPERIENCE是能用S还是尽量用S
反正，我都是店里的人推荐的，自己刚买时候也是不懂，感觉，店里找对人的话，懂得
还是挺多的

发帖数: 724 | 7 我现在是IRON, WOODS都是R的.不过据说OEM的S杆很多都OVERRATED,比如说上面写S,可
能实际是在R跟S之间.AFTER MARKET的RATING都比较准确.我有两根DRIVER,一棵OEM R
SHAFT,另一棵AFTERMARKET R,OEM的明显软些.

除非杆头的速度完全是靠滞后的释放。xi
新学的，我建议是用R，或Uniflex。

for low (<100mph), R could get more distance for the high launch
for fast (>100mph), S helps with the mid/low launch, could get more distance
. plus S helps with fixing slice.

my iron shot trajectory tend to fly high. when i bought my new iron set,
they recommend shaft them with DG 300s to bring the ball flight down a
little. it is still R shaft, but much heavier, and it said it is mostly for
control, ie, short of distance)
it took me for a while to get used to it. but now i am pretty happy with
that set up, since i dont use my iron for distance.
my woods shot tend to stay low, and i use S sha
